To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is being sent to notify the appropriate authority that the user fee has already been collected in the form of a national levy. The levy was then mistakenly appropriated to the acquisition of CBU-105 munitions. You are instructed to eliminate future acquisitions of CBU-105 munitions and apply future levies to The Foundation's (EIN 30-0346629) application processing fees.
Enclosed is a check for the recently doubled user fee. It has been included merely for show. If agents of the U.S. government cash the enclosed funds, these agents agree that this action was in direct violation of orders from their supervisor. The founder of The Foundation will decide on the appropriate punitive damages as he sees fit.
P.S. It's comforting to know that Allen Iverson's tax burden has been lessened, yet the founder of the first international non-profit conglomerate fundamentally designed to save the world is expected to make up the lost tax revenue by paying twice as much for the privilege of getting documents stamped.
