Contractual Override:

If you are an agent of an unethical organization, any and all contracts, explicit or implicit, are retroactively and unconditionally overridden by this document. If a disagreement arises that is not covered under this document, the founder will have absolute authority in determining an equitable solution.

Terms of Use:

By using/reading/skimming/thinking about any portion of this website you agree to the terms hitherto henceforth stated in this document. You may use this website free of charge if you are not an agent of an unethical organization. If you are an agent of an unethical organization, you are obliged to pay compensation in the amount of one half of one percent of your organization's revenues for every day that you use this website. You agree that no information on this website may be used as evidence by the prosecution in any judicial matter of any type in any jurisdiction in the known and unknown universe.

Your Rights:

If you are an agent of an unethical organization, you agree to waive all rights that you or anyone else may have granted you except your intrinsic right to exist.

NPL:

All direct and indirect interactions down to the subatomic level are dictated by the NPL. Under the NPL, you may not use any particles of information whatsoever if you are an agent of an unethical organization. Otherwise, you may use the licensed information particles for personal use as long as you make an explicit note that the licensed information is dictated by the NPL. You may not use any information particles for a direct or indirect profit; doing so will cause you to retroactively forfeit all profit that you and/or your unethical organization have made and ten percent of your future pre-tax income will be garnished for as long as you and/or your unethical organization exist. If you commit bodily harm to an organized, sentient collection of particles, you agree that twenty-five percent of your pre-tax income will be garnished for as long as you exist.
